4. Payment Terms

Late payments may incur interest.

PEA Marketing reserves the right to pause services for unpaid invoices.

5. Intellectual Property

PEA gives the client ownership of all materials created for campaigns unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Clients may use the delivered content.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep proprietary information confidential and not disclose it to third parties without written consent.

7. Liability

PEA Marketing LLC shall not be held liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Platform or third-party interruptions affecting the campaign.

Client-provided content or materials.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the relevant service period.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time by providing notice via email or whatsapp.

9. Force Majeure

PEA Marketing LLC shall not be held responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, or government restrictions.

10. Amendments

PEA Marketing LLC reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or website updates.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyioming, without regard to conflict of law principles.
